Diptyque seeks a seasonal Brand Ambassador in San Francisco, California. Part-time role engaging customers and driving sales in luxury fragrance and home goods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Diptyque with professionalism and enthusiasm, embodying the brand's sophisticated image and values
- Actively engage customers with personalized consultations and immersive brand experiences
- Educate customers on product range, ingredients, history, and unique selling propositions
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer interaction and upselling/cross-selling techniques
- Maintain pristine visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Gather and communicate customer feedback and market insights to management
- Participate in special events, promotions, and training sessions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail, sales, or customer service, preferably in beauty, fragrance, or home goods
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with natural ability to connect with diverse clientele
- Genuine passion for luxury products and understanding of the Diptyque brand aesthetic
- Strong sales acumen and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards reflecting the luxury brand
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
