Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and cultivate a warm, elevated environment that reflects Diptyque's aesthetic and values
- Demonstrate advanced product expertise and share personalized product recommendations based on client preferences and fragrance knowledge
- Support omnichannel selling strategies and actively promote the At-Your-Service loyalty program
- Build and maintain a robust client base through personalized outreach, digital engagement, and proactive follow-up
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while identifying opportunities to grow business beyond in-store interactions
- Support daily boutique operations including inventory management, merchandising, visual displays, and cleanliness standards
- Execute opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies and operational protocols
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional retail experience, preferably in luxury retail, beauty, or fragrance sectors
- Demonstrated passion for fragrance, beauty products, and client-centric service delivery
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate brand narratives and product benefits in an engaging manner
- Proficiency with digital tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and point-of-sale systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday schedules as required by retail operations
