Diptyque seeks a Brand Ambassador to deliver elevated client experiences and drive boutique performance at its Dallas luxury retail location. The ideal candidate will welcome clients with warmth and authenticity, share expert product knowledge in personalized storytelling, and build lasting relationships that extend beyond the boutique through digital engagement and outreach. This role combines in-store excellence with omnichannel selling initiatives to achieve individual and boutique sales objectives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and cultivate a warm, elevated environment that reflects Diptyque's aesthetic and values
- Demonstrate advanced product expertise and share personalized product recommendations based on client preferences and fragrance knowledge
- Support omnichannel selling strategies and actively promote the At-Your-Service loyalty program
- Build and maintain a robust client base through personalized outreach, digital engagement, and proactive follow-up
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while identifying opportunities to grow business beyond in-store interactions
- Support daily boutique operations including inventory management, merchandising, visual displays, and cleanliness standards
- Execute opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies and operational protocols
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional retail experience, preferably in luxury retail, beauty, or fragrance sectors
- Demonstrated passion for fragrance, beauty products, and client-centric service delivery
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate brand narratives and product benefits in an engaging manner
- Proficiency with digital tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and point-of-sale systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday schedules as required by retail operations

Experience
3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail, beauty, or fragrance environments
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional beauty or luxury retail certification preferred
