Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and curate a warm, elevated shopping environment that reflects brand values
- Share in-depth product knowledge in a personalized and inspiring manner, emphasizing the heritage and storytelling of Diptyque fragrances and skincare
- Support omni-channel selling initiatives and promote the At-Your-Service program to expand reach beyond boutique boundaries
- Recommend products based on individual client preferences, fragrance profiles, and brand expertise
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and exceptional client service
- Build and maintain a strong, personalized client base through proactive outreach and engagement
- Utilize digital tools and customer relationship platforms to maintain client connections and facilitate follow-up
- Execute opening and closing procedures, maintain stock organization, and support visual merchandising initiatives
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture by collaborating effectively with colleagues and supporting collective goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or beauty sectors
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage diverse clientele
- Genuine passion for fragrance, beauty products, and meaningful client connection
- Proficiency with digital tools and Microsoft Office suite
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by retail operations

Experience

Education
