Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Diptyque with professionalism and sophistication, consistently embodying the brand's image and core values
- Engage customers with personalized consultations and deliver immersive brand experiences
- Educate customers on product range, ingredients, brand history, and unique selling propositions
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer interaction and strategic upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain pristine visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are displayed according to brand guidelines
- Manage inventory operations including receiving, stocking, and product organization
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Gather and communicate customer feedback and market insights to management
- Participate in special events, promotions, and training sessions as required
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships to drive brand loyalty
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail, sales, or customer service, preferably in beauty, fragrance, or home goods
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse clientele
- Genuine passion for luxury products and understanding of the Diptyque brand aesthetic
- Strong sales acumen and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards reflecting luxury retail expectations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
