Diptyque Beauty Advisor position in Tokyo, Japan. Part-time fragrance retail role with flexible scheduling and employee benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer service and product consultations for Diptyque fragrances, candles, diffusers, and body care items
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and cash handling
- Manage inventory levels and conduct stock reconciliation
- Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) records and build clientele
- Support store operations including merchandising and stock rotation
- Perform stock audits and inventory counts as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fragrance retail or as a beauty advisor (preferred)
- Demonstrated retail or customer service experience across any sector
- Genuine affinity for the Diptyque brand philosophy and aesthetic
- Availability to work a minimum of three days per week
- Availability for shift work including weekends and public holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent education

Retail or customer service experience required; fragrance or beauty retail background preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is JPY 1,500 per hour.
