Diptyque seeks a Back Office Applications Domain Manager in Paris to oversee ERP, HR, Supply Chain, and Planning systems.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pilot and manage the Back Office application portfolio including ERP, SIRH, Inventory & Planning, and EPM systems
- Develop and animate medium and long-term application roadmaps aligned with business objectives and Group ambitions
- Manage operational run: monitor incidents, process requests, and implement corrective and regulatory updates
- Lead major IT transformation initiatives including PLM solution integration, new EPM deployment (e.g., Anaplan), and Group ERP overhaul scheduled for 2026
- Structure governance processes and interactions between IT and business leadership
- Ensure data quality, inter-application data flow integrity, and functional documentation standards
- Deliver regular performance reporting on domain KPIs including costs, timelines, and business user satisfaction
- Manage and mentor a mixed team of 3 internal functional experts and 3 external service providers
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent higher education qualification
- Demonstrated experience in similar role within enterprise or IT services firm
- Strong exposure to ERP environments and business-facing applications
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage stakeholder teams
- Deep knowledge of Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain processes and business requirements
- Proven track record of process improvement and user satisfaction initiatives
Skills
Experience
Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in enterprise application management, IT systems architecture, or business solutions delivery within large organizations or IT service firms, with substantial exposure to ERP and back-office application environments.
Education
Engineering degree or equivalent higher education qualification (Diplôme d'ingénieur or equivalent)
