Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver and analyze store performance metrics; partner with Store Manager to drive sales with internal and external clients
- Contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly business analysis and reporting
- Cultivate a customer-centric store culture; actively model outstanding customer care and lead execution of client strategies
- Achieve CRM KPI targets and optimize store scheduling to manage workload effectively
- Assist Store Manager with development and implementation of Retail Action Plans and merchandising strategies
- Provide constructive feedback to management; execute merchandising strategies based on sell-through analysis
- Drive associate engagement through consistent feedback, team development, and inclusive leadership practices
- Engage and develop client relationships through multiple channels while embodying Diptyque brand values
- Lead people management in Store Manager's absence including team motivation, coaching, and daily briefing facilitation
- Ensure Diptyque's positioning as true luxury brand through highest level of client care and satisfaction
- Execute store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, policy implementation, employee training, and emergency protocols
- Share store performance and sales targets daily with team; communicate market, product and event information
- Manage stock allocation, inventory monitoring, and optimization of deliveries, transfers, and warehouse returns
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years sales management experience in luxury retail industry (beauty experience preferred)
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results
- Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and understand retail KPIs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent organizational ability
- Passion for the beauty and fragrance industry
- Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in the luxury retail sector, with demonstrated expertise in driving team performance, customer engagement, and operational excellence. Beauty industry background is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
