Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional client service and luxury brand experiences aligned with Diptyque's positioning
- Support CRM initiatives and help achieve client engagement targets through relationship building and follow-up
- Analyze store performance metrics and partner with the Store Manager to identify opportunities and drive business results
- Contribute to weekly and monthly business reviews, reporting, and forecasting activities
- Motivate and coach the retail team in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring consistent brand representation
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development of team members
- Facilitate daily briefings, communicate store goals, and foster a culture of feedback and recognition
- Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and adherence to company policies
- Support inventory management, product allocation, and stock optimization to maximize sell-through
- Execute visual merchandising strategies and provide feedback based on sell-through patterns and market trends
- Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-aligned store environment that reflects Diptyque's luxury aesthetic
- Embody Diptyque's values through grooming, storytelling, and exemplary client interactions

Qualifications

Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury goods, fragrance, beauty, or premium lifestyle sectors. Demonstrated success leading retail teams, driving sales performance, and maintaining brand standards in a customer-facing environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or associate degree in business preferred but not required.
