Diptyque seeks an Assistant Product Manager intern for Home Fragrance Development in Paris, France. 6-month internship starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Product Managers with creative briefs, trend analysis, and conceptualization for new home fragrance launches, including artist collaboration research and art direction proposals
- Analyze category performance and recent launches; maintain competitive pricing mapping and publish competitive intelligence newsletters
- Manage packaging design documentation under Product Manager supervision, including aesthetic mockups, page layout compliance with brand guidelines, and translation coordination
- Oversee operational relationships with design agencies, graphic designers, translators, and country teams for project execution
- Support Product Manager preparation for project and product validation meetings through materials management and presentation coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from a business school or university (Bac +4/5 minimum)
- Prior experience in luxury sectors such as cosmetics, beauty care, skincare, or perfumery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent English (written and oral)

First professional experience preferably acquired in the luxury sector (cosmetics, beauty, skincare, or fragrance). Candidates should demonstrate a proactive, self-directed approach to work in a dynamic, evolving environment.
