Diptyque seeks an Assistant Product Manager for a 6-month internship in Paris, supporting fragrance product development from January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation and localisation of packaging design documentation, including translation coordination, graphic charter compliance, and aesthetic validation mockups
- Collaborate with internal and external partners including packaging development, regulatory affairs, graphic designers, translators, agencies, and market teams
- Prepare project and product validation meetings by managing mockups, sourcing testing materials for new olfactory developments, and coordinating presentations
- Participate in creative brainstorming for product launches, contributing to concept, design, olfactory, and artist direction
- Serve as a creative contributor, proposing freelance talent, trend research, and design inspiration
- Analyse internal portfolio performance and track the success of new launches
- Monitor market trends, emerging competitors, and category innovations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school or equivalent university qualification
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities
- Demonstrated curiosity, enthusiasm, and intellectual openness
- Ability to work independently and propose innovative ideas
- Entrepreneurial mindset with commitment to driving impactful projects
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
