Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly sell-in analysis (revenue and invoicing) for France, Benelux, and UK accounts against predefined KPIs with Area Managers
• Perform bi-monthly sell-out performance analysis by major department store across apparel, footwear, bags, and accessories
• Develop and coordinate collection books for wholesale partners
• Monitor inventory levels and merchandise flow logistics
• Track merchandising implementations against approved planograms to ensure brand execution excellence in department stores
• Coordinate between field teams, marketing operations, and wholesale services for promotional activities including pop-ups and product training
• Consolidate operational tools and resources for field teams including training presentations, visual plans, and product sheets
• Assist with collection placement in showrooms
• Schedule commercial meetings and appointments with clients
• Enter and process customer orders
• Monitor order status and delivery in coordination with Customer Service
• Conduct showroom inventory audits
• Organize catering, model coordination, and event logistics for sales presentations
• Participate in field prospecting visits across assigned territories

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months prior experience in a similar wholesale or sales support function
• Master's-level enrollment at a Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent program
• Strong organizational and analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficient at managing competing priorities and demonstrating initiative
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and pivot tables
• Fluent English language skills; Italian language is advantageous

Minimum 6 months of prior professional experience in a similar wholesale, sales support, or B2B commercial function.

Education

Master's-level enrollment at a Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent institution.
