Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store sales team to transform client experiences into memorable moments through personalized, hand-crafted service delivery
- Achieve commercial targets through efficient team organization and strategic product management
- Drive commercial performance via product technical knowledge, sales and stock analysis, product rotation oversight, and visual merchandising supervision
- Manage and coach a high-performing, client-facing and service-oriented team with regular feedback and development
- Build and maintain an engaged client book through CRM initiatives and authentic relationship-building to drive traffic and loyalty
- Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business action plans to enhance sales across product categories and client segments
- Actively demonstrate best-in-class sales leadership on the selling floor, providing specialized customer service and developing meaningful client relationships
- Guarantee operational excellence on the floor regarding clienteling, display, merchandise standards, cleanliness, and grooming
- Empower, develop, and motivate team members to foster a sense of belonging and positive, forward-thinking mindset
- Drive digital experience initiatives in-store and use digital resources for team communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of previous managerial experience in fashion or luxury retail
- Proven experience in training, empowering, and motivating retail teams
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong commercial acumen
- Product sensibility and deep interest in fashion, particularly denim
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages considered a plus)
