Diesel Bicester Team Leader – Lead a high-performing sales team in premium casual fashion retail, driving commercial targets and client experience excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the team on the sales floor and within the department, transforming each client experience into distinctive moments through hand-crafted service delivery
  • Achieve commercial targets through efficient team organization and effective product management
  • Enhance commercial performance via deep product technical knowledge, sales and stock numerical analysis, product rotation, and supervision of replenishment and visual merchandising
  • Lead a high-performing, client-facing, and service-oriented team
  • Coach and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure all clients receive the highest standard of experience
  • Drive in-store digital experience and leverage digital resources for client communication when face-to-face engagement is not possible
  • Empower, develop, motivate, and collaborate with the team to achieve results through elevated customer experience delivery
  • Execute the strategic business plan while driving incremental sales utilizing cross-functional partners and marketing opportunities
  • Build a client book by establishing and cultivating client relationships to drive traffic and engagement
  • Foster long-term, authentic bonds with colleagues through growth initiatives, respectful listening, and inclusive leadership
  • Support the Store Manager in executing store strategy to achieve optimal sales performance by understanding client desires and creating a 360° hand-crafted client experience
  • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segment
  • Demonstrate best-in-class sales and self-leadership by providing excellent and specialized customer service on the selling floor while developing meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives
  • Ensure floor-level efficiency and effectiveness in clienteling, display, merchandise presentation, cleanliness, and grooming standards; take proactive action to resolve issues with positive outcomes
  • Build and maintain relationships with fellow advisors by fostering a sense of belonging and cultivating a positive, passionate, forward-thinking team environment

  • Previous experience in fashion or luxury retail
  • Demonstrated experience in team training, empowerment, and motivation
  • Results-driven mindset with customer-focused approach
  • Strong communication skills across multiple channels (verbal, in-person, email, SMS)
