Diesel is seeking a Store Supervisor in Santa Clara, California, reporting to the Store Manager and supporting store performance, profitability, team leadership and client experience. The role also covers assigned visual merchandising and operational responsibilities, temporary store management in the absence of senior managers, and omnichannel initiatives; pay is $20–$21 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the management team in achieving store sales and maximizing profitability through effective management and supervision of the store team and implementation of company programs, policies and procedures.
- Take a proactive approach to business trends and needs, serving as a positive role model for store personnel and representing and supporting Diesel’s brand and values.
- Continuously develop supervisory skills and take ownership of responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager in visual merchandising and store operations.
- Temporarily assist with store management and make short-term decisions in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Perform omnichannel services and initiatives.
