Diesel is seeking a Store Supervisor to support store sales, profitability, team leadership and client experience, reporting to the Store Manager. The role includes ownership of visual merchandising and operations responsibilities, temporary store management in the Store Manager’s or Assistant Store Manager’s absence, and omnichannel initiatives. Salary range: $19–$20 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the management team in achieving store sales and maximizing profitability through effective management and supervision of the store team and implementation of company programs, policies, and procedures.
- Take a proactive approach to business trends and needs, serving as a positive role model for store personnel and representing and supporting the Diesel brand and its values.
- Continuously develop supervisory skills by taking ownership of responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager, including visual merchandising and operations.
- In the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, temporarily assist with store management responsibilities and make short-term decisions.
- Perform omnichannel services and initiatives.
