Diesel (OTB) seeks a Store Manager in Paris to lead retail operations, drive sales and manage a flagship boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day store operations to achieve sales, margin and KPI targets while upholding Diesel's brand standards and customer experience.
- Recruit, train, coach and motivate a multi-disciplinary retail team; manage scheduling, performance reviews and career development.
- Own P&L responsibilities at store level: monitor sales performance, control costs and implement corrective actions to maximise profitability.
- Drive client acquisition and retention through high-standard clienteling, personal selling and local business development initiatives.
- Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure alignment with global directives and seasonal rollouts.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, markdowns and shrinkage prevention; liaise with supply chain and distribution as required.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, legal requirements, loss-prevention procedures and health & safety standards.
- Prepare regular operational and sales reports; translate data into actionable plans to improve conversion and average transaction value.
- Plan and execute in-store events and local marketing activities in coordination with regional marketing and wholesale teams.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and develop retail teams with a hands-on, performance-driven management style.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience managing sales targets, margins and basic P&L.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to deliver high standards of client service in a luxury-lifestyle environment.
- Organised, decisive and resilient with the capacity to manage conflicting operational priorities under pressure.
- Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English preferred.

Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in store management within fashion, apparel or lifestyle retail, preferably with responsibility for a flagship or high-volume boutique and demonstrable success against sales and margin targets.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational qualification in business, retail management or a related field; substantial proven retail management experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
