Diesel seeks an experienced Store Manager in Paris to lead operations, team performance and omnichannel sales for a new boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day management of the boutique, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to brand standards.
- Ensure elevated merchandising, visual presentation and in-store execution to reflect Diesel’s premium positioning.
- Drive sales performance and productivity by analysing store needs, setting targets and implementing corrective actions to achieve business results.
- Anticipate market trends and customer demand to adapt assortments and commercial initiatives proactively.
- Build and sustain a high-performance, positive workplace culture through recruitment, coaching, training and performance management.
- Manage all store operations including recruitment, onboarding, team training, logistics coordination and administrative processes.
- Develop and operate omnichannel initiatives in collaboration with the team to maximise customer reach and conversion.
Qualifications
- Proven prior experience in store management within a premium or modern-luxury retail environment.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting KPIs and commercial targets in a complex retail setting.
- Strong leadership skills with experience inspiring, coaching and developing teams.
- High commercial acumen and product sensitivity with a clear understanding of luxury/premium customer expectations.
- Digital literacy and openness to new retail methods and omnichannel tools.
- Autonomous, results-driven mindset with strong organisational capabilities.
- Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages such as Chinese, Arabic, Russian, Spanish or Italian are a strong advantage.

Significant, demonstrable experience managing a boutique or store in a premium or luxury retail context, with a proven record of achieving commercial targets and leading high-performing teams.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, marketing or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience in retail management will be considered.
