Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and implement action plans to drive store strategy and achieve optimal sales performance while creating a bespoke 360° client experience
- Achieve financial objectives through proactive action plans and rapid adaptation to market conditions
- Deliver excellent, specialized customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through targeted CRM initiatives
- Model best-in-class sales leadership and self-management, actively engaging team members to resolve problems with positive outcomes
