Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and implement regular action plans with the Retail Manager to develop sales across product categories and customer segments, achieving divisional targets
- Serve as brand ambassador to strengthen and maintain VIP customer relationships and expand the customer database
- Manage omnichannel activities while ensuring full compliance with company standards and directives
- Oversee inventory accuracy, merchandise assortment review, and optimize stock levels based on sales trends and customer demand
- Lead and develop the team through coaching, mentorship, and delivery of exceptional specialized customer service
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards including windows, fixtures, and lighting; establish and manage facility security and equipment management protocols
- Analyze sales data, competitive activity, regional and market trends, and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions
- Plan and execute daily and monthly sales objectives and targets
- Coordinate staff scheduling, rotations, and time-off management to ensure adequate store coverage
- Communicate company strategies, procedures, and brand values effectively to the team
Qualifications
- Proven store management experience, preferably within a luxury or premium casual wear brand
- Fluent English language skills (required)
- Strong leadership abilities with capacity for autonomous decision-making and results orientation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and feedback capabilities
- Advanced retail operations expertise including budgeting, planning, customer service, and sales
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain cross-functional relationships
- Fashion and styling awareness with strong product knowledge
