Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and implement action plans to achieve store sales targets and deliver exceptional 360° customer experiences aligned with brand strategy
- Drive financial performance by proposing and executing action plans while adapting swiftly to operational challenges
- Develop meaningful client relationships and loyalty through personalized CRM initiatives and specialized customer service
- Model best-in-class sales leadership and self-management by actively engaging with the team and resolving problems constructively
- Engage with the broader community, draw inspiration from adjacent sectors, and foster a cohesive, energetic, and innovative store culture
- Empower and support team members to accomplish objectives effectively while generating enthusiasm and positive team momentum

Qualifications
- Previous store management experience in a modern luxury retail environment
- Strong leadership capabilities to inspire, motivate, and build respectful working relationships

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 38,000 to EUR 40,000 per annum.
