Diesel Store Manager — London (Selfridges). Lead sales, CRM and store operations for Diesel's flagship concession in London.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement store action plans with the Retail Manager to develop sales across product categories and customer segments (local and tourist).
- Act as the brand ambassador: cultivate and maintain relationships with VIP clientele and deliver an elevated client experience.
- Build and maintain accurate client and prospect databases and translate CRM insights into targeted in-store activities to acquire and retain customers.
- Manage omnichannel operations (click-and-collect, returns, in-store pickup) ensuring adherence to corporate policies and service standards.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, regularly review assortment, and optimise stock levels and mix to reflect sales trends and customer demand.
- Execute corporate procedures and governance, enforce stock protection and loss-reduction measures, and maintain store safety systems.
- Set and achieve daily, monthly and long-term financial objectives; propose and adapt action plans to meet performance targets.
- Recruit, develop and coach store staff; conduct performance evaluations, structure rotas, and streamline workflow to maximise productivity.
- Oversee store presentation and maintenance: implement VMD guidelines, visual merchandising, grooming and store upkeep standards.
- Monitor market and competitor activity; analyse sales data and regional trends to inform merchandising and commercial strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Proven prior store management experience; demonstrable success managing teams and achieving retail KPIs.
- Experience working for a luxury or premium fashion brand; English proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong leadership capability with a track record of motivating teams and delivering coaching and performance feedback.
- Digital literacy with familiarity navigating social media and e‑commerce platforms.

Experience
Significant retail leadership experience with previous responsibility for a store or boutique; prior exposure to luxury or premium fashion retail and to department-store or flagship-shop environments is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above
