Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and implement regular action plans with the Retail Manager to develop sales across product categories and clientele, achieving financial objectives
- Monitor local trading environment and adapt strategy to maximize sales impact
- Serve as brand ambassador and strengthen relationships with VIP clientele through personalized service
- Maintain and develop client and prospect databases for CRM initiatives
- Support and manage omni-channel activities (in-store pick-up, etc.) ensuring full compliance with corporate standards
- Review merchandise assortment regularly, optimize inventory levels and stock mix to reflect sales trends and customer demand while maintaining loss reduction standards
- Coach and develop team members in delivering excellent and specialized customer service; evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback
- Develop meaningful client relationships through personal connections and the application of OTB standards (Selling Ceremony, visual guidelines, grooming standards)
- Create and manage staff shifts to ensure proper floor coverage and operational efficiency
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of store facilities, windows, lighting, and equipment; establish and maintain a safety management system
- Plan and implement daily and monthly sales objectives
- Set up and maintain effective visual merchandise displays in accordance with VMD guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Proven Store Management experience, preferably from a luxury brand
- Fluent English
- Strong leadership skills with ability to work autonomously and drive results
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and feedback capabilities
- Demonstrated experience managing large teams
- Passion for the Diesel brand
- Digital awareness and comfort navigating e-commerce platforms

Minimum several years of proven store management experience, preferably within a luxury or premium casual wear brand with responsibility for large teams and multi-category operations.
Education
Bachelor's degree or above
