Diesel is seeking an experienced Store Manager for its outlet store in Landquart, Switzerland. The full-time role leads store operations, sales performance, customer experience and team development, and includes back-office administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and organise the store.
- Maximise sales through KPI-driven management.
- Set individual daily, weekly and monthly goals for all sales associates, then report to the Operations Manager.
- Act as a role model in customer service; recruit, lead, motivate and coach the team.
- Identify store needs independently and take appropriate action.
- Ensure customers receive the best possible shopping experience.
- Conduct team onboarding and training.
- Optimise staff scheduling and holiday planning.
- Ensure all visual merchandising standards are met.
- Manage back-office administration.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in retail.
- Numerical aptitude and an understanding of analytical relationships.
- A passionate talent for sales.
- Solution-oriented thinking and action.
- Results-oriented.
- Strong powers of persuasion and assertiveness.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Very good spoken and written English.
