Diesel Store Manager position in Kildare, Ireland. Lead retail operations, drive sales, and manage teams in a luxury casual fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and implement regular action plans with the Retail Manager to develop sales across product categories and clientele segments
- Act as a brand ambassador and strengthen relationships with VIP clientele while remaining aware of local trading environments
- Manage omni-channel activities (in-store pick-up, etc.) in full compliance with corporate standards and guidelines
- Ensure inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels and mix to reflect sales trends and customer demands
- Achieve financial objectives through strategic action plans and rapid adaptation to operational changes
- Hire, coach, and develop team members to provide excellent and specialized customer service
- Develop meaningful client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives aligned with OTB standards
- Analyze CRM data and implement in-store activities to acquire new customers and retain existing ones
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive safety management system for store facilities, stock, and equipment
- Plan and implement daily and monthly sales objectives while evaluating staff performance and providing coaching
- Create and manage staff workflows and shift scheduling
- Maintain store cleanliness, presentation, windows, furniture, and lighting standards
- Analyze and report on sales, competitor activity, and market trends
- Establish and maintain effective visual merchandising aligned with VMD guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- Previous Store Management experience
- Experience from a luxury brand
- Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and build respectful working relationships
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and feedback skills
- Digital awareness and social media/e-commerce navigation capability
- Passion for the Diesel brand
