Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily stockroom operations including receiving, storing, replenishing, and organising inventory.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with purchasing and store management to maintain optimal stock.
- Plan and execute regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Oversee accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Maintain stockroom cleanliness, safety and compliance with health regulations and store policies.
- Train, mentor and schedule stock associates; promote best practices for handling and loss prevention.
- Develop and implement stockroom processes and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics and visual merchandising teams to fulfil inventory requests and merchandising needs.
Qualifications
- Legally authorised to work in the United States (proof of eligibility required).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a small operational team.
- Strong organizational aptitude, accuracy in inventory control and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to liaise across store, logistics and merchandising teams.
- Physical capability to manage routine stockroom duties and inventory handling.

Experience
Typically requires at least 2 years of hands-on stockroom or inventory experience in a retail environment, including prior supervisory or lead responsibilities overseeing receiving, replenishment and cycle-count processes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training or retail/logistics certifications are a plus.
