Diesel — Showroom Intern in Milan: 6-month internship supporting showroom sales, fittings, visual merchandising and admin at Diesel's Milan office.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Showroom Manager in daily showroom operations and sales campaigns.
- Assist with garment fittings and the customer garment selection process during client appointments.
- Welcome and assist showroom customers and visiting clients, ensuring a high standard of client service.
- Manage order filing, basic sales administration and other clerical tasks to support showroom workflows.
- Set up, maintain and refresh visual displays to reflect campaign directives and seasonal assortments.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, merchandising, visual) to ensure showroom readiness for presentations and visits.
Qualifications
- Strong passion for fashion and a demonstrable interest in retail or showroom environments.
- Flexibility, initiative, enthusiasm and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Proven aptitude for problem solving and execution; strategic thinking and customer focus.
- Prior experience in structured luxury fashion or retail companies is advantageous.
- Interest in innovation and technology applied to retail processes.

Experience
Entry-level internship. Previous retail or luxury fashion experience is a plus but not required; candidates with internship or academic experience in fashion, merchandising or retail will be favoured.
Education
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's degree programme in Fashion, Marketing, Business, Visual Merchandising or a related field.

The role is situated in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
