Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, emotionally engaging client experiences and convert interactions into measurable customer satisfaction and sales.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through personalised clienteling and CRM-driven outreach.
  • Drive personal and store sales performance by understanding client needs, tailoring product recommendations and achieving predefined targets.
  • Demonstrate visible leadership on the selling floor: set standards, coach colleagues and model best-practice service behaviours.
  • Mentor and develop fellow advisors through feedback, supervision and informal training to foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
  • Implement and maintain customer service processes and tools, analyse service practices and identify opportunities to improve performance.
  • Proactively acquire new customers without bias and contribute to store operations and internal communication to ensure a cohesive workplace climate.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury or premium retail with demonstrable client development and sales achievements.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets and contributing to team results.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across in-person, email and SMS channels.
  • Familiarity with CRM processes and initiatives to manage and grow client relationships.
  • Proficient computer literacy, specifically MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • High attention to detail, customer-centric mindset and professional presentation.
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring capability on the retail floor.
