Diesel seeks a Selling Supervisor in Santa Clara, CA. Lead sales teams, drive brand awareness, and deliver premium client experiences in denim fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist management in achieving store sales targets and maximizing profitability through effective team supervision and implementation of company policies and procedures
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to deliver world-class client experiences
- Assume temporary store management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, making short-term operational decisions
- Manage visual merchandising, product displays, and inventory organization to enhance brand presentation
- Continuously improve supervisory competencies in visual design, merchandising strategy, and operational best practices
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Diesel's values and culture to staff and customers
- Execute omni-channel service initiatives and support cross-platform retail operations
- Monitor business trends and adapt strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for premium denim and deep knowledge of Diesel brand heritage and culture
- Proven track record in fashion retail supervision or team leadership
- Exceptional product knowledge and industry trend awareness
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with demonstrated ability to provide consultative client service
- Leadership competency with ability to motivate and develop retail teams
- Experience with visual merchandising and store operations management
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fashion retail supervision, preferably within premium or contemporary casualwear brands. Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and leading diverse retail teams in fast-paced environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college education or retail management certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20 to USD 21 per hour.
