Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales by leading by example and assisting customers with personalized shopping experiences
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and industry trends to educate and inspire both customers and team members
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and customer service standards
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and action plans
