Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist each client, providing an exceptional in-store experience with personal care and empathy at all times
  • Develop and execute consultative selling strategies by mastering storytelling techniques and asking engaging questions to understand client desires and needs
  • Create long-term authentic relationships with clients through personalized connections and CRM initiatives
  • Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs through strategic cross-selling across all departments and product categories
  • Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor to drive team sales performance and accountability
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Diesel brand DNA, product collections, and emerging fashion trends
  • Ensure shop floor visual standards and compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
  • Proactively address customer complaints and concerns in liaison with line management
  • Maintain high security standards, prevent product theft, and manage merchandise tagging and floor organization
  • Continuously innovate and identify improvement opportunities to enhance the client experience

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales or retail roles, preferably in luxury fashion or structured retail environments
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
  • Demonstrated passion for retail, client service, and commercial success
  • Strong proficiency in Italian and English languages; additional languages highly valued
  • Willingness to develop within the organization and openness to relocation opportunities
  • Digital awareness and adaptability to evolving ways of working
  • Core competencies in decision-making, strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, customer focus, and execution
