Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of client desires, needs, and expectations, acting with client interest at the forefront of every decision
- Master storytelling and engage clients through compelling, open-ended questioning
- Create authentic, long-term bonds with clients through personalized, client-centric service
- Manage customer complaints effectively by liaising with management as necessary
- Drive individual and team sales objectives through active floor leadership and accountability for results
- Execute cross-selling initiatives across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual targets and KPIs
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge
- Maintain shop floor standards and visual displays in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Ensure high security standards, proactively prevent merchandise loss, and manage product tagging
- Stay current with fashion trends and competitive landscape, identifying innovative improvements
- Develop and nurture meaningful, loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives
- Drive sales performance by understanding client desires and crafting personalized, hand-crafted experiences
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales roles
- Experience in structured Fashion Luxury or Retail companies
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated competency in decision-making, strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, customer focus, and execution
- Digital awareness and openness to new working methodologies

Experience
Previous experience in sales roles is preferred. Experience in structured Fashion Luxury or Retail companies is advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate a commercial mindset, retail passion, and client service orientation with willingness to evolve within the organization.
