Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist each client with an exceptional in-store experience and personal care
  • Develop and nurture meaningful, long-term client relationships through personalized connections and CRM initiatives
  • Demonstrate mastery of brand and product knowledge, communicating Diesel's premium casual positioning with authenticity
  • Engage in strategic storytelling and consultative questioning to understand client desires and create bespoke shopping experiences
  • Drive sales performance through cross-departmental selling, achieving individual targets and KPIs whilst maximizing sales opportunities
  • Maintain shop floor visual displays and merchandise to highest luxury standards, ensuring compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively, escalating to line management when necessary
  • Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor to drive both individual and team objectives
  • Proactively monitor inventory management and loss prevention through vigilant merchandise oversight and security measures
  • Stay current with fashion trends, competitive landscape, and innovation to continuously improve customer engagement and service delivery

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales roles
  • Experience in structured fashion, luxury, or retail environments
  • Comprehensive understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
