Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized product consultation according to Diesel brand guidelines
- Actively engage customers on the sales floor to create memorable experiences and foster client loyalty
- Apply CRM procedures to develop and maintain the client database
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPI objectives

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commercial acumen and propensity to drive sales performance
- Versatility and comfort with varied responsibilities and challenges
- Fluency in French and English

Confirmed Client Advisor experience, ideally within luxury or fashion retail environments, with a demonstrated track record of building and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales objectives.
