Diesel is hiring a Sales Associate in Orlando, FL to deliver exceptional client service, drive sales and support omnichannel retail at the Orlando Vineland store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve personal and store sales targets through proactive client acquisition, conversion and follow-up.
  • Deliver a best-in-class client experience by building long-term customer relationships and providing personalised styling advice.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across denim and seasonal assortments and communicate Diesel’s brand values with authenticity.
  • Execute visual merchandising and store presentation in line with Diesel guidelines to maximise sell-through and brand consistency.
  • Operate and support omnichannel initiatives (e.g., click & collect, ship-from-store) to ensure seamless customer journeys.
  • Support and mentor colleagues on floor operations, contributing to a motivated, high-performing team environment.
  • Adhere to company policies, loss-prevention procedures and customer service standards while promoting a safe, inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

  • Passion for denim, fashion and Diesel’s brand attitude; credible brand ambassador.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with change and enthusiasm for retail innovation and omnichannel retailing.
  • Availability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Legally authorised to work in the United States and able to provide proof of eligibility upon request.

Experience

1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within premium, denim or fashion retail; prior exposure to omnichannel operations and clienteling is highly desirable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or diploma in fashion/retail is a plus.
