Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal and store sales targets through proactive client engagement and expert product presentation.
- Deliver consistently exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships through personalised styling and clienteling.
- Represent and uphold Diesel’s brand values, culture and product knowledge at every customer touchpoint.
- Execute visual merchandising and presentation standards to maintain the brand’s aesthetic and commercial floor set.
- Operate omnichannel initiatives, including buy-online/pick-up-in-store and other integrated services, to maximise conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and support stock replenishment, receiving and inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with the store team and report to the Store Manager on sales performance, client feedback and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Authentic brand ambassador with a demonstrable passion for premium denim and fashion culture.
- Proven ability to prioritise customer relationships and deliver a world‑class client experience.
- Flexible availability appropriate to retail trading hours, including weekends and peak periods.
- Legally authorised to work in the United States and able to provide proof of employment eligibility upon request.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience is preferred, ideally within premium casual, denim or lifestyle brands. Experience with omnichannel retail services and clienteling is an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational retail or fashion training advantageous.
