The Sales Associate reports to the Store Manager and supports store and personal sales goals, brand awareness, and a strong client experience through customer service, product knowledge, merchandising standards, and omnichannel initiatives. This is a part-time role paying $15–$16 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the achievement of store goals and meet personal sales goals through excellent customer service while representing and supporting Diesel’s brand and values.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company history, customer service, products, policies, and procedures.
- Deliver strong individual performance in line with Diesel customer service expectations and visual merchandising and merchandising guidelines and standards.
- Carry out all omnichannel services and initiatives.
