Diesel is seeking a Sales Associate in Guadalajara to support store goals and personal sales, represent the brand, and deliver an outstanding client experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, the role maintains product and policy knowledge, follows service and merchandising standards, and performs omnichannel initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in achieving store goals and meet personal sales goals through excellent customer service while representing and supporting Diesel’s brand and values.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s history, customer service, products, policies and procedures.
- Deliver strong individual performance in line with Diesel customer service, visual merchandising, and merchandising guidelines and standards.
- Perform all omnichannel services and initiatives.
