Diesel seeks a Sales Associate to drive brand presence and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a newly opened retail location in Guadalajara. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role combines personal sales achievement with team leadership responsibilities, emphasizing product knowledge, client relationship building, and omnichannel retail execution within the premium denim and casual fashion sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve personal and store sales goals while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of Diesel brand history, values, products, and company policies
- Deliver best-in-class performance aligned with Diesel's visual merchandising and merchandising guidelines
- Execute omnichannel service initiatives and support across all customer touchpoints
- Build and nurture client relationships to foster brand loyalty and repeat business
