Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve personal and store sales goals while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of Diesel brand history, values, products, and company policies
- Deliver best-in-class performance aligned with Diesel's visual merchandising and merchandising guidelines
- Execute omnichannel service initiatives and support across all customer touchpoints
- Build and nurture client relationships to foster brand loyalty and repeat business
