Diesel (OTB) is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate in Boston — customer-focused retail role driving sales, clienteling and visual standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised customer service to cultivate loyalty and maximise conversion and average transaction value.
  • Proactively identify client needs, perform clienteling activities and follow up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling.
  • Maintain floor standards: merchandising, replenishment, visual presentation and fitting-room management consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions accurately and handle cash reconciliation.
  • Participate in inventory counts, stockroom organisation and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support in-store events, product launches and promotional initiatives as required.

Qualifications

  • Legally authorised to work in the United States.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and occasional holidays.
  • Impeccable professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills.

Experience
