Diesel seeks a Client Advisor for its Rome flagship store. Full-time role offering €23,241–€26,000 annually plus sales commissions and employee benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor and genuine advocate for the client, prioritizing their needs and experience throughout every interaction
  • Welcome and assist clients with excellence, demonstrating mastery of storytelling and the art of asking engaging, consultative questions
  • Create long-term, authentic bonds with clients by ensuring every experience feels personal and meaningful
  • Handle customer complaints effectively and professionally, collaborating with the line manager to resolve issues
  • Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, driving both individual and team sales objectives while maintaining accountability for results
  • Pursue strategic cross-selling opportunities across all departments to maximize sales and achieve individual KPI targets
  • Maintain and communicate comprehensive brand and product knowledge, educating clients on Diesel's positioning and craftsmanship
  • Ensure impeccable shop floor presentation and visual merchandising standards, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures
  • Contribute to store security by remaining vigilant against product loss and ensuring proper merchandise tagging and floor management
  • Stay current with emerging fashion trends, competitor activities, and innovative approaches to improve the customer experience
  • Develop and nurture meaningful client relationships through personalized connections and CRM-driven initiatives
  • Drive sales performance by understanding client desires and creating bespoke experiences that result in strong commercial outcomes

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales roles, particularly within fashion retail or luxury brands
  • Experience in structured Fashion Luxury or Retail environments
  • Passionate commitment to retail, client service, and a commercial mindset
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to grow and evolve within the organization
  • Digitally aware and open to innovative ways of working
  • Demonstrated competencies in decision-making, strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, customer focus, and execution

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 23241.12 to EUR 26,000 per annum.
