Diesel (OTB) is hiring a Client Advisor in Paris (Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann). Join the retail team to deliver premium service and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to a diverse clientele and cultivate long-term customer relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets; contribute to team KPIs and participate in visual merchandising initiatives to uphold brand presentation standards.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, manage transactions, exchanges and after-sales enquiries, and maintain customer records in CRM.
  • Support stock management activities including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Represent the Diesel brand at store events and during peak trading periods; collaborate with store leadership on promotional rollouts and client outreach.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience; 1–3 years in fashion or luxury retail strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused sales approach.
  • polished personal presentation and an understanding of contemporary fashion trends, especially denim and ready-to-wear.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal trading.
  • Right to work in France.

Experience
