Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the sales team on the floor to deliver personalised, elevated client experiences and exceed individual and store objectives.
- Drive commercial performance by managing product presentation, stock rotation, replenishment and visual merchandising to maximise sell-through.
- Analyse sales and inventory metrics to inform action plans, merchandising decisions and targeted clienteling activities.
- Champion in-store digital selling and CRM initiatives to extend reach beyond face-to-face interactions and build client engagement.
- Support the Store Manager in executing the store strategy, promotional plans and cross-functional marketing opportunities to grow traffic and conversion.
- Build and maintain a client book through targeted outreach and relationship-building to increase loyalty and repeat business.
- Ensure floor-level operational excellence—including display standards, merchandising, cleanliness and grooming—and resolve issues with positive outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture that empowers colleagues, encourages development and sustains high performance.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in fashion or luxury, preferably within a premium denim or lifestyle brand.
- Demonstrable experience coaching, training and motivating a customer-facing team to achieve commercial targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across face-to-face, email and digital channels.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to drive merchandising standards and operational consistency.
- Customer-centric mindset with advanced clienteling and storytelling capabilities.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in fashion or luxury retail with a track record of leading or supervising a sales team, training staff and delivering against sales and service targets.
Education
Secondary education; vocational or retail management qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
