Diesel seeks a Retail Merchandiser — Shoes, Bags & SLG at its Breganze HQ, Italy. Lead category KPIs, assortment planning and cross‑regional coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse category performance for shoes, bags and small leather goods, tracking relevant KPIs and proposing corrective actions.
- Design and maintain dashboards for ongoing commercial and inventory monitoring.
- Support the Global Merchandising team in defining the Master Order and assortment planning.
- Coordinate product arrivals and inventory flow for the accessories category to ensure timely in-store availability.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Retail Excellence and Visual Merchandising to define the editorial calendar and window/visual concepts.
- Support the Global Collection Merchandising team during collection development, providing retail perspective and sell-through feedback.
- Liaise with regional teams to collect market feedback, translate local performance into global action plans and adjust allocation/pricing strategies.
Qualifications
- Degree or educational background in business management, fashion merchandising or a related discipline.
- 4–5 years of professional experience in merchandising, buying or brand roles within a fashion company.
- International mindset with experience in cross-border or multicultural environments.
- Strong analytical orientation with proven KPI-driven decision making.
- Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
Minimum 4–5 years in merchandising, buying or related brand roles within a fashion company, with demonstrable exposure to accessories (shoes, bags, SLG) and international market interaction.
Education
Degree in Business Management, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
