Diesel is seeking a Junior Quality Control Specialist for its Operations Department at its Breganze headquarters, with work in Italy and abroad alongside cross-functional teams. The role is offered on a permanent contract under the Textile, Clothing and Fashion Industry National Collective Labour Agreement, Level 5, with an annual gross salary range of €30,000–€35,000 and a variable incentive plan of 5% of gross annual salary; the final offer depends on experience, skills and responsibility, and candidates at different seniority levels are considered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in production release activities with the Product team; support garment sample analysis and comparison with fitting notes to identify potential construction improvements for production.
- Conduct quality-control checks in cutting, sewing and ironing workshops in Italy and abroad, as well as at the finished-goods warehouse in Italy.
- Guide suppliers during garment production by referring to the technical specification and consulting with the pattern-making office when needed.
- Assess non-conforming garments during ironing and inspection, and identify efficient, appropriate solutions to make them suitable for sale.
