Diesel Junior Licensing Specialist
Diesel seeks a Junior Licensing Specialist in Breganze, Italy (fixed-term) to support fragrance licensing, product development and partner relations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary day-to-day contact for licensing partners in the assigned categories, ensuring continuous alignment across development and commercial activities.
- Support arrangement, administration and monitoring of license agreements, safeguarding Diesel’s contractual interests and compliance.
- Collaborate with the fragrance licensing partner to drive annual sales growth and monitor channel performance to define corrective actions.
- Coordinate seasonal product development, maintain seasonal calendars and ensure on-time execution of development milestones.
- Partner with Marketing, Brand and Retail teams to define store assortments, develop marketing plans and create product-knowledge tools for the global store network.
- Monitor sales, track royalty income and financial performance, and prepare weekly/monthly analyses and reports.
- Create and update visual guidelines, training materials and competitive market analyses for assigned license categories; identify opportunities in the beauty market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years’ experience in licensing, brand management or a comparable commercial role.
- Fluent English; working knowledge of French is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI knowledge is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of web analytics tools and data interpretation.
- Strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, initiative, problem‑solving ability and effective cross‑functional communication.

Experience
1–2 years of hands-on experience in licensing, brand or product roles (Licensing Specialist, Brand Specialist or similar) with exposure to partner management and commercial reporting.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or related field.
