Diesel is seeking a Junior Business Controller for its headquarters Finance department in Breganze, Italy. The role supports consolidated financial planning, sales and cost variance analysis, and controlling and reporting across subsidiaries; it requires 1 or 2 years of relevant experience and a degree in Economics. The position is governed by the Textile Industry CCNL, Level 4, with a gross annual salary of €25,000–€27,000 and a 5% variable incentive plan.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect consolidated business and management data to validate short-, medium- and long-term financial planning for the Marketing department.
- Analyze consolidated and subsidiary-level sales and cost variances, supporting the Marketing department in defining recovery actions.
- Support controlling activities across subsidiaries and ensure timely submission of planning and accurate reporting.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics.
- Strong analytical skills, determination to achieve objectives, flexibility, enthusiasm, initiative, problem-solving ability and teamwork.
- Ability to use controlling and data-mining tools, with expertise in financial controlling and reporting and key metrics.
- Excellent command of Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
- Knowledge of Hyperion, Power BI and SAP is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of English.

Experience
1 or 2 years of business and financial controlling experience in modernly structured companies or consulting firms.
Education
Degree in Economics.
