Diesel seeks an Interior Design Project Manager at its Breganze headquarters to lead retail and wholesale design projects globally, combining creative direction with project delivery.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and design interior design concepts consistent with brand positioning and identity for stores, showrooms, and corporate spaces globally
  • Translate brand identity guidelines into distinctive spatial concepts, adapting them to local market specificities, cultural considerations, regulations, and spatial constraints
  • Collaborate with external architecture firms, regional teams, interior design studios, and general contractors to ensure fidelity to approved concepts
  • Update and evolve the design manual and store concept guidelines, balancing global identity with local adaptation
  • Participate in the prototyping process of new furniture and design components to ensure alignment with brand aesthetic and functional standards
  • Manage the full project lifecycle for store openings, restylings, and renovations globally, including planning, budgeting, execution, and handover
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and procurement plans, ensuring adherence to costs and deadlines across parallel projects
  • Identify and mitigate project risks (technical, regulatory, on-site), ensuring compliance with local safety, accessibility, and fire-code regulations
  • Monitor project key performance indicators (time, cost, quality)
  • Support on-site implementation phases when necessary, verifying adherence to design intent and technical requirements

Qualifications

  • Degree in Architecture
  • 3–5 years of retail-focused experience, preferably in the fashion industry
  • Result-driven mindset and problem-solving attitude
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Suite
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of projects across multiple countries and regions in parallel

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 35,000 to EUR 40,000 per annum.
