Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Head Office positions, including job posting, CV screening, interviews, and offer management.
  • Partner with Line Managers to understand business needs and define candidate profiles.
  • Actively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Support employer branding initiatives related to talent acquisition.
  • Maintain and update the Successfactor Platform and recruitment reporting.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within structured companies or dynamic environments.
  • Strong interest in the fashion/luxury industry.
  • Experience in recruiting corporate/Head Office profiles.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to support broader HR activities.
  • High proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in recruitment, with a preference for experience in structured companies or dynamic environments.
