Diesel Financial Controller role in Breganze, Italy. Manage financial reporting, budgeting and planning for global regions. €35k–€40k annual.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage monthly closing activities for assigned areas and ensure deadline compliance across regional offices
- Perform in-depth financial and economic analysis of current results and provide insights on future business performance
- Prepare comprehensive management reports for senior stakeholders and executive leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cost control and optimization of operating expenses
- Gather business and managerial data to support short, medium and long-term planning initiatives
- Liaise with Diesel Group regional and office teams to coordinate financial planning processes and monthly closures
- Monitor and analyze financial statements across assigned regions
- Conduct variance analysis by business and product category, delivering actionable recommendations to business partners
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics or Finance
- 3–5 years of experience in financial controlling roles with focus on foreign subsidiary management
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI including DAX and data modeling
- Solid Excel skills including pivot tables and macros
- Fluent English, both written and spoken

3–5 years in a similar financial controlling role, with particular focus on financial controlling of foreign subsidiaries. Experience with regional financial planning, monthly closing coordination, and reporting to global stakeholder groups is essential.
