Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver a stream of projects to drive growth in Global Omnichannel E-commerce according to the yearly global roadmap
• Support project scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization of initiatives across the organization
• Serve as a key contact role liaising with IT, Logistics, Legal, CRM, BI, UX, Finance, and Local E-commerce teams (Europe, North America, Japan, China) to ensure cross-departmental and cross-regional collaboration
• Maintain constant communication and alignment with all stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation
• Monitor project progress, update project schedules and budgets, and manage adherence to timelines
• Provide first-level technical support for e-commerce applications to local teams across regions
• Prioritize the support tickets backlog according to business priorities
• Research, assess, and select digital vendors and technology partners to improve user experience and platform capabilities
• Manage relationships with external suppliers and vendors

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in project management within an international business environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of International Order Management Systems (OMS), Jira, PSP platforms, Salesforce or equivalent e-commerce platforms, and logistics workflows
• Proficiency in omnichannel service setup and implementation
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders with business and technical backgrounds
• Strong analytical, planning, scheduling, and problem-solving capabilities
• Meticulous attention to detail with proven ability to produce clear reporting and communicate ideas effectively both verbally and in writing
• Self-motivated, flexible mindset with capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

2–3 years of professional project management experience in an international business environment, with hands-on involvement in e-commerce platforms, omnichannel operations, and cross-functional project delivery.

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 35,000 to EUR 40,000 per annum.
